Total Land Care Services offers 4 levels of Winter Only property service packages, which can be combined with 4 levels of Spring to Fall Plus services programs to cover all the property services you require for the full year.
OUR PROGRAMS
Includes the “SNOW GUARANTEE” commercial client promise! Ask your representative for details.- Liquid (DLA) Pre-treating of paved surfaces on site, minimum 2 days before precipitation is forecasted.
- Ice Melt (Rock salt) application applied at the onset of winter precipitation.
- Continuous snow plowing during the storm at every 3.5cm – 5cm (1.38” – 2”) of new snow accumulation.
- Ice Melt (Rock salt) applications during the storm as are required on paved surfaces to keep as safe as possible.
- Ice Melt (Rock salt) application applied after last snow plowing of paved surfaces at the end of the snowfall.
- A return visit within 24hrs after snowfall ends, to clear any missed spots where cars were parked.
- Automatic removal of accumulated snow off-site, once 25% of parking space is lost due to piled snow.
- Sidewalks including city sidewalks if applicable, will be cleared every 5cm (2”) of snow accumulation throughout the winter storm.
- Ice Melt (Concrete safe) application on your properties sidewalks, and an application of (Rock salt) on City sidewalks will be applied after every sidewalk snow clearing.
- 24/7 monitoring of conditions for possible refreezing, and Ice Melt will be applied if & when necessary.
- FREE real time access to our “Client Portal” on our Website, which allows you the customer access to current and past history of services performed on your property, account information and much more.
- FREE real time “email notification” of services performed on your property as they happen.
- FREE printed real time proof to our customer, of services performed showing more than reasonable care was taken on your property in the case of a lawsuit.
I
ncludes ALL the services in the “PLATINUM SAFETY FIRST” WINTER PROGRAM above, PLUS it also includes all of the following services:
- Weekly grass cutting services, after all litter is picked up and removed from lawn areas.
- Weekly edge trimming of curbs, trees, flower beds, sidewalks, buildings, fences etc.
- Power blowing of grass shavings from doorways, sidewalk and parking lot areas.
- Environmentally friendly “Scotts” brand granular, Spring, Summer & Fall fertilizer applications on all lawn areas.
- 1 early Spring application of “Scotts” brand “Corn Glutton” environmentally friendly weed control.
- 1 Spring and 1 Fall. Complete property clean-up, and removal of materials. (Leaves, litter, branches)
- Spring garden bed clean-up and continuous weeding every other week of garden beds.
- Pruning of trees and shrubs 2 times during the growing season when required.

- Optional printed real time proof to our customer, of services performed showing more than reasonable care was taken on your property in the case of a lawsuit. Fee of $2.00 per page of documentation.

- Weekly grass cutting services, after all litter is picked up and removed from lawn areas.
- Weekly edge trimming of curbs, trees, flower beds, sidewalks, buildings, fences etc.
- Power blowing of grass shavings from doorways, sidewalk and parking lot areas.
- 1 Spring and 1 Fall complete property clean-up, and removal of materials. (Leaves, litter, branches)
- Spring clean-up of garden beds. Then continuous weeding every other week of garden beds.
Liquid (DLA) Pre-treating of paved surfaces on site, minimum 2 days before precipitation is forecasted.- Continuous snow plowing beginning and during the storm at every 5cm – 6.5cm (2” – 2.53”) of new snow accumulation.
- Ice Melt (Rock salt) application applied after last snow plowing of paved surfaces after the end of the snowfall.
- Sidewalks including city sidewalks if applicable, will be cleared beginning and during the storm every 6cm (2.38”) of snow accumulation.
- Ice Melt (Rock salt) application will be applied to all sidewalks after final sidewalk snow clearing of the weather event.
- 24/7 monitoring of conditions for possible refreezing, and Ice Melt will be applied if & when necessary.
- Optional real time access to our “Client Portal” on our Website is available at an extra charge of $30.00 per month access fee, which allows you the customer access to your current and past history of services performed on your property, your account information and much more.
- Optional real time “email notification” of services performed on your property as they happen for an extra fee of $10.00 per month for 5 months (December 1 – April 30).
- Optional printed real time proof to our customer, of services performed showing that care was taken on your property in the case of a lawsuit. Fee of $4.00 per page of documentation.
Includes all the services in the “SILVER CARE” Winter Program, plus it also includes all of the following services:
- Weekly grass cutting services, after all litter is picked up and removed from lawn areas.
- Weekly edge trimming of curbs, trees, flower beds, sidewalks, buildings, fences etc.
- Power blowing of grass shavings from doorways, sidewalk and parking lot areas.
- 1 Fall complete property clean-up, and removal of materials. (Leaves, litter, branches)
Continuous snow plowing beginning and during the storm at every 4.5cm – 5.6cm (1.75” – 2.25”) of new snow accumulation.- Sidewalks on your property if applicable, will be cleared beginning and during the storm every 6cm (2.38”) of snow accumulation. The City sidewalks are an extra fee to the contract if required. The amount of extra $ to be determined by size of city sidewalk.
- Optional real time “email notification” of services performed on your property as they happen for a fee of $15.00 per month for 5 months (December 1 – April 30).
- Optional printed real time proof to our customer, of services performed on your property in the case of a lawsuit. Fee of $5.00 per page of documentation.
